With roots in cosmetology, Aisha extended her passion from hair care to holistic personal development, giving life to the "I Am" brand. This brand champions the belief that everyone can achieve greatness across beauty, health, and relationships.

Aisha does what she does because she believes every woman already carries what she needs to become who she’s called to be. Through Krown’d, she ensures that women and their families receive the proper hair care they deserve—care rooted in protection, confidence, and culture. With Krown’d Academy, she teaches the next generation of girls the art and business of braiding, giving them tools to create their path. Loving Myself to Health encourages women to care for their bodies and hearts through movement and community, while Respeck the Covenant honors Black love and reminds couples to pursue each other with intention. All of this lives under the "I Am" umbrella—a movement that empowers women to start where they are, walk in purpose, and know they are never without what they need.
Aisha built Krown’d with her daughters in mind—planting seeds of legacy through products that protect and celebrate natural hair. Krown’d Academy was born from their influence, created to teach the next generation the skills, confidence, and culture behind the braid. Her daughter Jameria is already running her own braiding business at just 16, and her youngest, Yonni, is preparing to launch her very own braid takedown service. What started in their home is now becoming a movement—training hands, building futures, and crowning generations.
