Apply oil liberally and massage into the scalp 3-4 times weekly.
Oil can also be used for hot oil treatment. Shampoo hair, then apply to hair and brush to spread oil from root to tip.
Cover hair, sit under dryer for 25 minutes. Rinse thoroughly, then condition hair as normal.
Store oil in a cool dry place.
